New academic staff
The New Academic Practitioners Programme (NAPP) is an initiative of the Professional Development Working Group, a grouping which consists of representatives of:
- Centre for Higher Education Development
- Human Resources
- Research & Innovation
- Academics Association
NAPP is an integrated programme of professional development for academic staff who are new to their roles as teachers and researchers at UCT.
