Personal Performance System (PPS) - the process of selecting Key Performance Areas and related job competencies

KPA & job competencies process

The Personal Performance System (PPS) Training Project was a 2009 project aimed at equipping all PASS staff and line managers of PASS staff to use the PPS effectively. The project scope included 1) the development of a generic directory for Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and competencies that staff can access, and 2) delivery of half-day training workshops.

The training workshops were held between 14 July and 11 September 2009 for permanent and T3 staff. Contract staff workshops were held between 1 and 21 August 2009. The workshops were split into workshops for line managers and workshops for staff. You can download the PPS Resource Guide from the link at the top right to find out more about PPS.
